5. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Division: g. In advance of work commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following information for the written agreement of the CO: ii. Details and specification of the proposed sun tunnels, including detail drawings of how the sun tunnel would be installed on the roof. Should the proposal be deemed too bulky for the historic roof upon receipt of the details by the planning authority, a conservation grade rooflight shall be installed in lieu of the proposed sun tunnels.
