7. The requirements of the Transport Planning Division shall be undertaken as follows: a) Prior to commencement of the proposed use, the application shall submit a Mobility Management Plan (MMP) for the operational phase of the development for the written agreement of the Planning Authority. The MMP shall incorporate details on promoting sustainable travel to / from the site for staff and patrons. The MMP shall include specific measures MMP to achieve the objectives and modal split targets for the development which shall be implemented in full by an appointed Travel Manager. The plan shall clearly explain how advertising, across all platforms used for events, that the proposed development has zero-car parking on site and within the vicinity of the site including setdown having regard to the permitted public transport projects. The agreed MMP shall be implemented in full during the course of the operation of the development.
