4. Prior to commencement of development the developer shall submit revised plans, drawings and particulars, and shall receive the written agreement of the planning authority, in relation to the following amendments. a) The chimney structure accommodating the proposed rooflight shall be redesigned to align with, or sit below, the ridgeline of the extension. b) An elevational drawing showing the materials to be used in the proposed bicycle and bin store shall be submitted. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity.
