5. The following requirements of the Conservation Division shall be adhered to: b)In advance of works commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following to the Planning Authority, for their written agreement: i.A method statement for the protection of the boundary walls during the course of construction, ii.1:20 drawings for a revised foundation detail for the proposed garden room, incorporating an offset so as to ensure no destabilisation of historic boundary walls, together with 1:10 flashing details for junctions between the garden room and the historic boundary walls, iii.Samples or reference imagery of the proposed materials for the garden room. The proposed metal cladding to the roof shall be an alternative long-lasting material such as copper or zinc. The proposed new windows / doors shall be timber and/or steel, iv.Specifications and photographic examples / samples of the proposed paving.
