2. Within 3 months of the date of this decision, the applicant shall submit revised drawings for the written agreement of the Conservation Division. The drawings and documentation shall clarify when the internal partitions were constructed and the extent of works undertaken at that time to provide showers / WCs etc. In clarifying the extent of works, the applicant shall confirm in writing that no further works would be required for the continued use of the space as a gym. Reason: In the interest of orderly development
