PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of: (i) the construction of a three-storey mews building fronting Fitzgibbon Lane containing 3 no. units, consisting of 3 no. 1 bed apartments. 1 no. unit is provided per floor level; (ii) the provision of an outdoor terrace to rear at ground floor level, and provision of balconies to the front elevation at first & second floor levels; (iii) the provision rooflights to the main roof; (iv) the provision of bin stores and bicycle storage; and (v) landscaping, boundary treatments, roof light, PV panels, SuDS and new foul drainage connection, and all other ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.
