7. The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division shall be undertaken as follows: b. Prior to commencement of Development, the applicant shall submit revised scaled drawings for the written agreement of the Planning Authority demonstrating safe, convenient and accessible cycle access for all users (including non standard/cargo bikes) to the revised residential bicycle stores at basement and ground level. The minimum separation distances to facilitate users' easy access/egress and e-bike space provision should be demonstrated. Reason: In the interest of orderly development and provision of high quality bicycle parking.
