3. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit revised drawings, details and particulars showing the following amendments for the written agreement of the Planning Authority: a) The applicant shall submit a revised drawing to show the existing vehicular and pedestrian entrance gates modified to create one single vehicular entrance, which should not exceed 3 metres in width. The modifications shall retain the maximum amount of historic fabric, and any new elements shall match the existing in colour, shape, size and texture. Reason: To comply with Appendix 5 and to protect the character of the Protected Structure.
