8. The Developer shall comply with the following conservation requirements of the Planning Authority: b) Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: a. Revised drawings to show a reduction in the ridge and eaves height levels of the proposed M-profile roof so that they align with the ridge and eaves height levels of the historic mews terrace on Percy Lane. The ridges shall be oriented to align with the ridges of the historic mews structures. The applicant may consider providing a traditional coved ceiling to first floor to achieve this.
