Ref. 2845/20); and (2) full permission to complete the development of the 93sqm 2-storey, 2-bedroom townhouse to a revised design with 2 no. Rooflights to the front and rear and associated site works at 44 percy lane, dublin 4, located to the rear of a protected structure (44 haddington road rps 3435).
