The change of use and extension of the existing single storey, detached, pre-school playgroup and after-school child care facility, 45.54 sq metres total floor area, to use as a two-storey, detached, two bed residential dwelling, 84.35 sq metres total floor area (area of extension 38.81 sq metres). Also for the subdivision of the overall site to accommodate the new detached dwelling (overall site area c. 325.85 sq metres, site area of new dwelling c. 191.74 sq metres, new site area of existing dwelling c. 134.11 sq metres ). Also for changes to the glazing of the existing dwelling. Also for the modification of the existing boundary walls and new boundary, to include a new pedestrian entrance to the front and new internal boundary fence, and associated site works to facilitate the development. Also for the modification of the existing surface water and foul water services to accommodate the new dwelling.
