5. The following requirements of the Council’s Transport Division shall be complied with; i. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit a revised Site Layout Plan drawing and details of the cycle parking type, design and accommodation showing a minimum of 6 no. cycle parking spaces. No bicycle parking spaces shall be on the public footpath/laneway along St. Stephen’s Green (East), Hume Street or Merrion Court. Cycle parking shall be designed in accordance with the Cycle Design Manual 2023 published by the National Transport Authority unless otherwise agreed with the Planning Authority.
