Full description from the council file

2. The following Conservation requirements of the Planning Authority shall be complied with: b) Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: (i) The proposed stone element of the stall riser shall be omitted and replaced with timber, painted to match the proposed timber shopfront. Visual samples and/or RAL numbers of the proposed colour scheme shall be submitted. (ii) Where the routing of services are required, they shall be through the existing mortar joints between the bricks and shall minimise impacts to the historic brickwork. The applicant shall submit a specification for the proposed light fixtures. New luminaires shall be in a warm colour tone. Reason: In order to protect the original fabric, character and integrity of the Protected Structure and to ensure that the proposed works are carried out in accordance with best conservation practice.
