The applicant shall comply with the following conditions from the Conservation Officer: (b) In advance of works commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following to the Planning Authority, for their written agreement: i. Revised ground and second floor plans (and internal elevation drawings) of the kitchens to show the projecting breakfast bars omitted from the front rooms. The kitchens shall run in a linear fashion along the side wall of the rooms, respecting the shallow niches. ii. Revised ground and second floor plan, showing the proposed wardrobes to the niches offset from the chimneybreast so that the historic plan form may remain legible. iii. Revised proposed second floor plan (and internal kitchen elevation drawings) to show the central, enclosed kitchen omitted and relocated in a linear fashion along the south wall of the front room. iv. Revised third floor plan and internal kitchen elevation drawings omitting the enclosed kitchen. The kitchen shall run in a linear fashion along the west wall. vii. An internal door survey to document the provenance and condition of door leaves and architraves that require fire rating. An assessment of the historic doors, and method statement for the upgrading of doors and architraves by a specialist (Flamma or equal) to achieve the appropriate fire rating. xi. A photographic record and drawings of boundary walls to rear garden to show any defects and proposed conservation repairs. If stone or mortar repairs are required, the Conservation Officer shall agree in writing samples of repairs. New mortar shall match the historic lime mortar in colour and aggregate size.
