5. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit revised plans ( including landscape plans as required) for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, showing the following changes: a) Provision of 2no. accessible on-street car parking spaces west of Block 1 b) The omission of the proposed relocated visitor space close to the retail undercroft entrance proposed under this amendment. Reason: In the interest of road safety, orderly development and compliance with the parent permission.
