3. The applicant shall comply with the following drainage requirements: (ii) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water, as per the submitted Additional Information drawings and details by Oppermann Associates and Collins Boyd Engineers & Architects. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction. (vi) There is an existing public surface water sewer running through the site. The proposed diversion is acceptable in principle subject to full details of the proposal being agreed in writing with DCC’s DPPDC Section prior to commencement of the development. No works shall commence until such an agreement is obtained.
