The development consists of 3 duplex apartments and six apartments over a basement with parking in the basement and at ground level together with a passenger lift. The height of the building above ground level is 8.995 metres. There is a communal terrace on the top level to the east. The facades are finished in white render, yellow brickwork and zinc cladding with dark grey windows and doors.
