The development will consist of the demolition of the existing two-storey rear return. We intend to construct (1) a two storey extension to include a new kitchen, living and dining areas on the lower level and a new en suite bedroom on the upper level, (2) a new patio flush with lower ground floor level, (3) a new shed / store to the rear of the back garden, (4) limited renovation and refurbishment of host dwelling.
