The development will consist of (a) demolition of garden shed at rear. Partial demolition of garden wall & railing at side, along boundary with shared access lane, (b) new pedestrian gate at front and reinstatement of railing at front to match existing, (c) construction of a single storey extension to front & side and a two storey extension at rear. Extended area's to contain kitchen/dining, utility room, shower room, extended hallway and bedroom. The extension at side and rear to extend along boundary of the shared access lane, (d) new window a first floor level on existing gable wall with obscure glazing and new velux roof-light at side of existing house roof (north east elevation), (e) new access gate to rear from shared access lane and also alterations to existing house, together with all associated site works.
