PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The proposed works comprise : repairs as required to non original windows and doors, facades, roof and boundaries together with associated conservation works, removal and replacement of 5 non-original windows and 2 no. non-original doors to the rear elevation, replacement of existing solar panels at roof level with new solar panels to the rear, replacement of non-original timber sheeted gates with new metal gates to inner courtyard, conversion of the existing single-storey storage/shed element on the west side of the house to accommodation and extension of same to the front to provide a gym and family room, with 3 no. rooflights above, construction of a bay window extension to the rear of the converted single-storey element, replacing the existing double-height glazing to the rear elevation, provision of a new solar pergola in front of new double-height glazing and minor internal modifications to the existing layout, including reconfiguration of storage between the kitchen and hall and provision of a new guest bathroom at lower-ground floor level and provision of a new family bathroom at first floor level. External works will including landscaping, site services, revised drainage and all associated site development works.
