Permission sought for to remove the existing hipped tiled roof from main roof : raise and extend existing new ridge tiles by 300mm to form new gable tiled roof structure with rooflight: extend existing gable structure to new ridge level with external finishes to match existing: form new dormer roof structure in existing rear tiled roof: convert existing attic area into a non-habitable area and carry out internal alterations to first floor.
