PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Permission sought for retention of demolition of unstable pedestrian gate pier and section of adjoining street boundary wall; rebuilding of demolished pier and construction of new pier to accommodate a new pair of gates, matching those at the adjoining No. 39 Wellington Road, to provide fit for purpose pedestrian access to 37 Wellington Road; modifications to landscaping in front garden and re-rendering and repairs to remaining section of street boundary wall.
