Changing the existing garage door with a new bay window and converting garage to habitable space. A new first floor extension to the side of the existing house extending pass the rear existing house line. A new dutch hip gable roof over new first floor extension to side. A proposed new ground floor only extension to the rear of the existing house. 1No. new flat roof dormer to the rear of the existing house roof. 2No. new velux windows to the front of the existing house roof and all ancillary works.
