PERMISSION: RETENTION: Permission to convert the attic of the main dwelling for storage purposes, including the installation of an internal staircase to provide access to the attic level; the provision of two Velux roof windows, one to the side elevation and one to the rear elevation, the construction of a new bedroom at first floor level to the front of the dwelling the extension of the existing pitched roof to cover the new bedroom; and the retention of an existing Velux roof window to the rear elevation, together with all associated ancillary works.
