11. Prior to commencement of development, the developer shall submit revised plans and elevations to the planning authority to provide for the following: (b) Prior to commencement of development, the developer shall submit revised plans for all residents' bicycle parking compounds to demonstrate that all proposed bicycle parking spaces comply with the minimum required layout dimensions for simple cycle stands as per Table 6.1 of the Cycle Design Manual, September 2023. (c) Electric charging points to be provided at an accessible location for charging cycles/scooters/mobility scooters. Details to be submitted to and agreed in writing with the planning authority.
