6. The applicant shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Section: e) All repair of original fabric required shall be scheduled and carried out by appropriately experienced conservators of historic fabric. In advance of works commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following information to the Planning Authority for inclusion in the planning file: Detailed Condition Assessments, Repair Specifications and Methodologies (including site exemplars) for: I. All masonry repairs (brick, stone & render) II. All interventions / revisions to masonry surfaces and elements (brick facades, stone features and boundary walls) Note: On submission of the above information the Conservation Officer shall be given the opportunity to inspect, if deemed necessary, all site exemplars on site. Site exemplars shall include but not be limited to: removal of pointing, raking out, cleaning, patch repairs of both pointing and render, re-facing of stone, piecing-in and repointing etc.
