2. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Planning Authority; a) Revised first floor plan: Prior to the commencement of development, the applicant/developer shall submit a revised general arrangement drawing showing a single 2-bed Unit on the first floor, omitting the shower room in the front room and placing a shower/bathroom and storage in room no. RM.1.06. In the interests of clarity Unit 3 & 4 at first floor level are to be amalgamated into 1no. Apartment unit.
