3. The hereby permitted development shall be amended as follows: a) The 2nd floor of no. 43a shall be reduced in size to create a rear dormer style window. b) This rear dormer window shall be separated from the adjoining dormer window at No. 43 c) This rear dormer window shall be centred within the roof and shall be subordinate in size to the sloped roof with a maximum width of 4.5m. Prior to the commencement of development, amended drawings showing these changes shall be submitted for written agreement with the planning authority.
