4. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of Transportation Planning Division: a) The vehicular entrance off Emmet Road shall be maximum 5.5 m in width, the entrance radii shall be reduced having regard to Local streets and DMURS and a raised table for pedestrian priority shall be provided. The applicant shall submit a revised site layout plan and vehicular entrance details for written agreement with the planning authority prior to commencement of the development. b) The maximum number of car parking spaces shall be 14 which shall include 2 no. accessible spaces and 1 no. EV charging space. The applicant shall submit a revised site layout plan for written agreement with the planning authority prior to commencement of the development.
