Prior to commencement of development, details of the proposed security measures and lighting for the Eastmoreland Lane elevation and for the proposed access lane between the proposed development and the Granite Building shall be submitted for the written agreement of the planning authority, and the agreed lighting and security measures shall be implemented prior to occupation of the development.
