It is recommended that the requirements for Transportation are undertaken as follows c. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit a Bicycle Parking Management Plan to the Planning Authority for written agreement, which incorporates the following changes: i. Revised drawings, showing the location of 307 no. proposed cycle parking spaces. ii. The location of all cycle parking spaces for residential use (long term and visitor) and for community use (staff/visitor). iii. That all cycle parking complies with the standards set within the National Transport Authority’s Cycle Design Manual 2023. Standard cycle parking should demonstrate compliance with Chapter 6 of the Cycle Design Manual and non-standard cycle parking (cargo parking) should comply with Figure 2.8 of the Cycle Design Manual for ‘Front Loading Cargo Bikes’.
