EXT. OF DURATION: The development will consist of the demolition of the existing storage sheds and front wall of the site and the construction of 2 no. two storey blocks accommodating a total of 5 no. apartments (1 no. duplex 2 bed unit and 4 no. 1 bed units) and include cycle storage for all units. Between the 2 blocks an external stair will provide access to the two units located at first floor level. The private amenity or balcony spaces of the 5 units are recessed into the front façade of the development on St. Clares Avenue.
