3. The proposed fourth floor, as indicated on drawing number 2135 Rev. C01 received by the planning authority on the 2nd day of February 2022, shall be omitted from the development. The original layout of the fifth floor shall be substituted for the revised layout of this floor, submitted by way of additional information on the 11th day of May, 2022. The original sixth floor shall be omitted, as set out the additional information submission of the 11"' day of May, 2022. Revised drawings, to indicate the reduced-height development, shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority prior to commencement of development.
