EXPP: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Essential remedial works to historic roof comprising: Recovering of all historic roofs with existing natural historic slate and ridge/hip tiles being retained and re-used insofar as possible, replacement of all manufactured slate coverings with new Welsh natural stone slate to match, renewal of existing copper linings to valleys and parapet gutters, localised repairs and repointing to existing brick chimneystacks along with replacement of broken chimneypots with matching clay pots.
