Change of use of the approved bicycle and bin storage area at the western end of the premises, adjoining 118 South Circular Road, to general storage and for accommodation of the ventilation system. 2. Removal, replacement and/or alteration of the existing kitchen ventilation system, including the installation of ventilation ducting along the party boundary adjoining 118 South Circular Road, together with associated mechanical extraction equipment and discharge arrangements.
