EXPP: The proposed development consists of the removal of the existing front entrance door and associated entrance framing. The entrance lining will be relocated forward so that it is flush with the front facade of the building. A new motion sensor-operated automatic sliding entrance door will be installed within the repositioned opening. No alterations are proposed to the overall size of the entrance opening or to the external footprint of the building.
