SHEC: ermission was granted on site for a 6-storey apartment building comprising 15 apartments (5 no. studios, 6 no. one beds, 4 no. two beds. Three of two bed units are 2 storey maisonettes with own door access) and associated works under ABP-314226-22 & 3932/22. Permission is sought to make alterations to the approved development and change 2 no. of the permitted 2 storey maisonettes to 4 no. studios comprising 2 no. studios on ground floor with own door access to the street and 2 no. studios on the first floor. All 4 no. proposed studios have terraces or balconies. Minor alterations are required to internal layout and all associated works. The proposal increases total apartments from 15 to 17 (9 no. studios, 6 no. one beds, 2 no. 2 beds).
