EXPP: Assessment sought as to whether the works below constitute exempted development. Existing rear structures being replaced are in poor structural condition per independent Building Survey. The existing rear structures at garden and entrance level date from the 1950s and are confirmed to be of poor structural condition and low-quality construction by an independent Building Survey. It is proposed to demolish these structures and rebuild: a garden level rear extension of 20.6 sqm, and an entrance level rear extension of 14.5 sqm – combined new floor area 35.1 sqm. A declaration is sought as to whether the above constitutes exempted development.
