SHEC: 1) demolition of the existing rear single storey return to the existing house and to replace with a two storey, flat roof extension, 2) the construction of two number detached 2 storey, 3 bedroom houses to the side garden onto Bunting Road and rear garden facing Balfe Road, both with a mix of pitched and flat roofs, 3) 2 new on site driveways with dished kerbing to both new houses, new boundary wall treatment and all ancillary site works.
