EXPP: Amalgamation of two separate commercial planning units at 36 and 37 Clanbrassil Street Upper (hereafter '36 & 37'), to form a "Residential dwelling" or "Residential (Dwellings)", as described on BCMS Commencement Notice No 8538202. 2. Addition of new opes and windows at basement and/or ground level to the rear wall of 36 & 37, which marks the boundary and forms a party wall to adjacent property: 3. Insertion to the front elevation of 36 & 37 of a new element, consisting of a new window to basement and an associated deep lightwell located in the front yard including a fixed iron guardrail at ground floor level. 6. Elimination of an existing ground floor shop front to 36 and its replacement with residential fenestration details. 7. Provision of rooms intended for use as rented habitable rooms in pre-existing storage basement. 8. Provision of co-living rental accommodation in 36 & 37, consisting of individually rented en-suite bedrooms with shared communal facilities and amenities.
