What's proposed
(a) Removal of the existing changing rooms in the ground floor, the existing, the existing temporary smoking area including benches, fenncing and roof cover to the rear at north, the existing lean-to roof to the west, and associated ancillary internal alterations
(b) A 2 storey extension to the west comprising 51msq to provide day care and youth club spaces
(c) A 2 storey extension to the north comprisng 333msq with attenuating 'green' roof over, to provide additional members' bar, lounge, WC and kitchen floor area at first floor, and storage, delivery, WC and function room spaces at ground floor
(d) new cafe, entrance lobby and glazed canopy, and reception spaces to the south in lieu of the existing ground floor changing rooms
(e) a new plant room of 42.5msq at the lower main roof level
(f) a new pedestrian gate to the Greenhills Road to the east
(g) miscellaneous minor internal alterations to enable the above
(h) miscellaneous external alterations to include drainage works as required for the above with SUDs measures including a new soakaway and rain garden
(i) a new permeable base laid externally to accommodate the relocation of the existing pre-fabricated 'Men's Shed' adjacent to the Kilnamanagh AFC clubhouse
