Vehicular and pedestrian access is provided via Brownsbarn Drive. The proposed development includes 12 no. car parking spaces and 10 no. bicycle parking spaces, level access goods doors, hard and soft landscaping, lighting, boundary treatments, bin stores, detention basin, blue roof, PV panels, footpath upgrades and a proposed cycle lane along Brownsbarn Drive, and all associated site development works. The proposed development will supersede the previous permission for a warehouse with ancillary office and staff facilities and associated development on the subject site under Reg. Ref.: SD23A/0087.
