The development will consist / consists of the demolition of an existing shed to the rear, the subdivision of the site and the erection of two new double storey with loft five-bedroom semidetached houses. The houses will be known as 51A and 51 B Dodsborough cottages. Each house will measure 217.7m2. The houses will have two new site access points from the private laneway to the rear south side of the site known as Shackleton Way.
