The development will consist of: 1. Demolition of existing front porch. 2. Demolition of existing timber shed connected to the rear existing house. 3. Construction of a single-storey flat roof front extension consisting of an entrance porch, a disability bedroom and a living area. 4. General remodel, upgrade and adaptations for disability access of the existing dwelling at ground floor level and general remodel and upgrade of the first-floor level to suit the new proposed layouts including new external insulation at the front, side and back of the house. 5.
