THE DEVELOPMENT WILL ACCOMMODATE VODAFONE AND THREE IRELAND LTD. TO ENABLE THE PROVISION OF ENHANCED MOBILE AND DATA SERVICES IN THE AREA AND ALSO PROVIDE FOR A THIRD OPERATOR AS REQUIRED
