(1) EXCAVATION OF THE EXISTING ROCK EMBANKMENT ADJACENT TO THE FACTORY BUILDING TO A HEIGHT EXCEEDING 1.0M, (2) TEMPORARY STORAGE OF MOUNDS OF ROCK ON THE SITE, (3) FILLING OF LANDS ALONG THE WESTERN BOUNDARY OF THE SITE BY THE PROVISION OF THE SAME EXCAVATED ROCK FROM THE SITE TO A HEIGHT EXCEEDING 1.0M, (4) STORAGE SHED WITH THREE CLOSED SIDES AND ONE OPEN SIDE, (5) EXTENSION TO THE MAIN FACTORY BUILDING FOR THE PURPOSES OF STORAGE OF MATERIALS, (6) SMALL EXTENSION TO THE FACTORY TO FACILITATE THE FACTORY PRODUCTION PROCESS, (7) CONTAINERS ON THE SITE FOR THE PURPOSES OF EXTERNAL STORAGE, (8) CLEARANCE OF LANDS TO THE FRONT OF THE SITE AS-CONSTRUCTED AND (9) ALL OTHER ASSOCIATED SITE DEVELOPMENT WORKS.
