Permission at Mahon Point Shopping Centre, Mahon, Cork. The development will consist of amendments to the permitted development under Reg. Ref.: 25/44008, comprising the following within permitted Block H: (A) The change of use of Unit H.0.09 (259 sq.m gross floor area (GFA) from Cafe/Restaurant use to Convenience Retail (foodstore) use, together with its amalgamation into the adjoining Retail Unit H.0.01 and alterations to the permitted glazed external facade; and (B) The change of use of Units H.0.10 and H.0.11 (178 sq.m GFA combined) from Retail Services use to Cafe/Restaurant use; together with all associated and ancillary works.
