Permission for (1) Demolition of the existing shop, canopy, fuel pumps and 2 no. LPG gas tanks; (2) Construction of a two-storey extension to the rear of the existing commercial building; (3) Change of use and alterations to the existing commercial building to include (A) A new service station comprising shop outlet, delicatessen restaurant and seating area, food preparation area, off-licence, cold room, toilets, office, staff facilities and associated storage areas and (B) A self-service launderette on the ground floor and (C) Storage rooms on the first floor; (4) Construction of a new canopy including new illuminated fascia signage; (5) Installation of 3 no. new fuel pump islands and a self-service rollover car wash machine and associated screen; (6) All associated site works including drainage, hydrocarbon interceptor drainage system, parking and landscaping.
