Retention Permission for a 45m high freestanding birdcage communications structure, along with antennae, dishes and all ancillary equipment, including ancillary ground equipment within a 2.4m high palisade fenced compound, for a period of 10 years. Permission is also sought for an additional 6 number antennae on the communications structure, to provide for a total of 38 antennae (mix of antennae and dishes).
