Permission sought for alterations and extensions to existing dwelling including (A) Demolition of existing detached domestic garage, (B) Re location of existing vehicular entrance and installation of 2 no. pedestrian entrances to front boundary, (C) Raising of height of section of existing rear boundary wall, (D) Demolition of existing front boundary wall and construction of replacement wall, (E) Ground and first floor extensions to front, rear and sides of existing dwelling, (F) Replacement of existing roof tiles with slates, (G) Installation of 2 no. rooflights to rear and 1 no. rooflight to front of existing dwelling. The proposed development is a change of plan from that permitted under planning reference 25/44254.
